Julius Swolsky is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CrownPoint Partners, a premier full-service brokerage and advisory firm headquartered in Palm Beach, Florida. With a career marked by over $3 billion in closed transactions nationwide, Julius has been instrumental in driving the rapid growth and success of CrownPoint Partners. 

Specializing in shopping centers, net lease, and sale-leaseback transactions, Julius leverages his extensive market knowledge and strategic insights, coupled with cutting-edge technology, to deliver unparalleled value to clients in an increasingly competitive commercial real estate market. 

Under Julius’ leadership, CrownPoint Partners has quickly earned a reputation for excellence, committed to innovation, client service, and operational efficiency. His deep expertise in unlocking capital for clients through the structuring of real estate transactions, combined with his entrepreneurial drive, has positioned the firm as a trusted advisor for institutional investors, developers, private equity groups, and corporations seeking to maximize the potential of their real estate holdings.

Julius’ exemplary performance and leadership were recognized by his previous firm, where he was promoted to Managing Director in May 2024, following his elevation to Senior Vice President in June 2023. Shannon Bona

Shannon Bona is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CrownPoint Partners and serves as Broker of Record for Florida and Connecticut. Shannon is a nationwide investment sales advisor for commercial properties, specializing in net lease assets ranging from new construction to 1031 Exchanges. She has been involved in nearly $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

With over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Shannon best serves her clients by combining her background in institutional real estate lending and investment sales experience. Shannon started her career at PNC Bank in Real Estate Lending, providing high level debt solutions to all product types for private and institutional clients. She then transitioned to investment sales at Marcus & Millichap, where she thrived as a team leader and received the Rookie of the Year award. Most recently, Shannon was promoted in Spring 2024 to First Vice President of her previous firm, where she led the net lease retail team. 

Shannon is a graduate of Villanova University, located in Villanova, Pennsylvania, holding degrees in both Finance and Real Estate. Since 2016, she has been an active council member for Villanova’s Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate. The Nova Next Council provides strategic guidance on the center’s mission and activities, its impact on curricula at the Villanova School of Business, and the expansion of professional development opportunities available to VSB students in the field of real estate.

Don Bingham III

Don Bingham III is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CrownPoint Partners and serves as the firm’s Broker of Record for California. He is an expert in corporate real estate strategy and is active in all 50 states across the healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors. With extensive experience representing operators, institutions, and private equity groups in sale-leasebacks tied to complex mergers and acquisition transactions, Don has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients.

A recipient of Crexi’s 2024 Platinum Broker Award, Don has facilitated over $500 million in commercial transactions across more than 30 states. Known for his speed, integrity, and execution, he has built a respected reputation among top operators, developers, and publicly traded REITs nationwide.

In addition to his role at CrownPoint Partners, Don serves as President of DRB Companies, a holding company specializing in the acquisition and operation of small businesses and real estate. DRB’s portfolio collectively employs over 200 people and generates more than $13.5 million in annual revenue.

Candice Harris

Candice Harris brings over 16 years of experience in the residential real estate industry to the commercial sector. As the Transaction Manager and Executive Administrator at CrownPoint Partners, she plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of real estate transactions and operational processes. With extensive experience in real estate operations, sales, and administrative management, Candice is dedicated to streamlining workflows, maintaining compliance, and supporting the firm’s mission of delivering exceptional service to its clients.

Prior to joining CrownPoint Partners, Candice held leadership roles as an Operations Manager, Director of Sales, and Executive Assistant, where she was instrumental in managing complex transactions, overseeing contract administration, and optimizing office operations. Her expertise spans transaction coordination, document management, client relations, and financial record-keeping, all of which contribute to her ability to keep deals moving efficiently from start to finish.

Candice’s background in residential real estate provides her with a deep understanding of the industry’s evolving landscape. Currently pursuing her broker’s license, she remains committed to professional growth and expanding her expertise in commercial real estate.

Outside of work, Candice enjoys spending time with her family, including her daughter and niece, whom she fosters. She is also in the process of obtaining her foster parent license, furthering her dedication to creating a nurturing home environment. In her free time, she loves dining out and exploring new restaurants.

Kevin Cosandey

Kevin Cosandey is a Senior Associate at Crown Point Partners, specializing in nationwide investment sales advisory for commercial properties. Kevin has been involved in nearly $100 million in commercial real estate transactions. Kevin’s specialties include net lease advisory services for dispositions and acquisitions, portfolio analysis, 1031 exchanges, tenant negotiations, and sale-leasebacks.

Kevin began his career in Corporate Finance at an international telecommunications firm, where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and credit analysis, which laid the foundation for his transition into commercial real estate investment sales. At his former national brokerage firm, Kevin received the Rookie of the Year award in his first year. Kevin is also a graduate of Florida State University, holding a degree in Finance, and is an active mentor for FSU’s Mentor FSU program.
